Lisbon was on the world stage as the main city and the only European capital of this event. The city strived to organise the best tour stopover to benefit, albeit in a totally informal and non-sporting fashion, from the world’s attention on our capital.

34 cities in Europe participated in the contest but Lisbon was the honourable winner.
The organiser assigned to Silvestre Festas the prestigious task of constructing tents as infrastructure for the entire event.
It was certainly a challenge for us at Silvestre Festas, but in the end the balance was very positive and recognised both by the critics (media) and the organisation itself.
Once again we were given the chance to help and dignify our country by doing what we do best.
